Michelle Barry

Hi, I'm Michelle Barry, an independent celebrant, radio presenter, award winning podcaster, poet and mum of three! I lead bespoke, heartfelt ceremonies that celebrate life's most precious moments.

My journey here has been shaped by a deep love of storytelling and connection. As a presenter at Cambridge Radio and guest speaker on BBC Radio, I've had the privilege of giving voices to real stories that matter. I am also the creator and host of the award winning Let's Talk Autism Podcast, a platform that gives voices to families navigating life with neurodiversity, a subject incredibly close to my heart as both a mother of 3 neurodivergent children and an advocate for inclusion.

Being a celebrant allows me to bring together everything I value - authenticity, warmth and respect for individuality. I believe every ceremony should feel personal, meaningful and infused with love. Whether I'm writing a poem to celebrate a new life or gently guiding families through a celebration of life ceremony, my aim is always to create a safe, inclusive space where everyone feels seen and celebrated.

If you're looking for someone who brings heart, creativity and understanding to your special day, I'd love to help you create a ceremony that reflects your story and celebrates your values.
